What iRiver have done is take the best player they can physically make with todays technology and then apply a revolutionary operating system that makes everything else seem clumsy. Touch screen is a major talking point in todays market but very few players do it well. No matter how well it is implemented you will always lose a tactile interaction with the setting or menu function. Well with the Spinn this isnt an issue. It uses a large touch screen but adds a unique analogue spin dial on the edge of the player to move through menus.
